Almost everything it does touches roles, channels or members, so a hand-picked set of permissions would leave features quietly broken. The bot checks for Administrator when it starts and stays offline without it. It also needs two settings in the Discord Developer Portal, Server Members Intent and Message Content Intent, to see who joins and to read messages. It stays your bot: take the permission away or reset the token and it stops.
